Sri P T V eera Reddy FMemorial Health Foundation is a registered charitable trust (non profit) under Society Registration Act in India that works in the field of education, healthcare and welfare projects for the benefit of the underprivileged children across India . Based in Kadapa, a town in Andhra Pradesh in the southern India , PTVR Foundation has spread its wings of service to the various remote places of India .

Sri P.T.Veera Reddy Memorail Health Foundation has been named after Sri P.T.Veera Reddy, one of Great Nationalist and Freedom Fighter, Champion of the Poor and the Downtrodden,the architect of Chennur and R.K.Nagar of Kadapa Town, Andhra Pradesh, India. Sri P.T.Veera Reddy Memorial Health Foundation is a unique and purely charitable Non-Governamental Voluntary Organization founded and formally registered in the year 2005 under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration 35 of 2001 dated on 27-jan-2005 and its S.NO. 31 of 2005 and also registered under section 12AA and eligible to provide 50% Tax exemption to the contributors u/s 80G of IT Act 1961.
